Kinetik is an AI-powered growth assistant for content creators. Connect your Notion workspace to automatically receive Instagram analytics reports, content strategies, competitor insights, and personalized action plans — all organized as beautiful Notion pages.

1. Create a Kineto account or log in at https://kineto.app
2. In chat ask to connect Notion
3. You'll be redirected to Notion. Choose the workspace you want to connect — make sure it's the correct one if you're a member of several
4. On the page picker screen, select the pages and databases Kineto should access. You can select individual pages or entire sections
5. Click "Allow access" to confirm. Notion will redirect you back to Kineto
6. On the confirmation screen in Kineto, review the list of connected pages. You can now reference this Notion content in your app

To change which pages Kineto can access, click "Reconnect Notion" in Kineto's Integrations settings and run through the page picker again. To fully revoke access, go to Notion → Settings → Connections → Kineto → Disconnect.
